We’re new to self-promotion. It’s usually something I avoid, in hope that momentum will develop naturally. But when you think about it, this approach is akin to expecting something sitting motionless in the vacuum of space to begin moving. We’re pouring our heart into this product, so we’d be doing ourselves a dis-service if no one else knew about it. It’s time to get “out there” somehow.

The first version of our Online Store Software should be available in the first quarter of 2009. We aim to solve several problems plaguing mid-sized online stores. But first, we want to provide the best solution to the complex product attribute/pricing problem.

We’re focusing on an advanced set of core features — the things other solutions do poorly, if they attempt them at all. These include:

• Management of multple storefronts
• … and sharing data across them
• Full multi-lingual support
• Unlimited products
• … with unlimited attributes
• Complex pricing schemes
• Core updates that don’t break customizations
